Scouting 

When you are scouting its hard to get all of a players skill in such little time. If you are at the combine you have to watch every move, even when they're kicking up the ball to see if they would fumble a lot. And when you are a scout there are alot of different regions. There are four scouting regions; West, North, South, and South-west. In each region there are about three scouts per team. So, if every team had three scouts in each region that would be three hundred and eighty four scouts. I believe that scouting teaches you a lot of courage. It takes a lot of hard work and pride to be a scouter for the NFL or any sport. If you go to a scouting combine and you like a certain player, you have to get his phone number and meet up with him. You really have to know every detail about a person if you're scouting them.
